曹胜凯，男，1993年出生，讲师，工学博士，海南省高层次人才（E类），毕业于陕西科技大学。2022年获国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）公派研究生项目奖学金，赴英国兰卡斯特大学访学，主要从事海洋新污染物的环境监测技术、风险评估和光化学转化方向研究，包括南北极PAHs及其衍生物的迁移机制和源汇解析，近岸或内陆流域新污染物的溯源研究及生态风险评估，新污染物光化学转化机制及其降解等。
